None of the 3 other agents, from well known companies, that I spoke with were willing to do what it took to accomplish that task. The others told me it would be at least 2 weeks. Seriously, the other real estate agents had no “get up and go”.
Because Lauren worked extremely hard for me she sold my home the first day it was on the market for more than asking price. She understood the market as it is right now and made things happen.
It’s the individual agent who is working for you and believe me, Lauren was incredible. Lauren did MANY little extra things to make this sale go smoothly. From getting my old refrigerator removed to being there to let the repairman in, to pushing the HOA management company to get their work done.
Lauren will always be Superstar in whatever she does because she has an amazing work ethic!!
